Shift: Rotational (Mostly Night Shift)
Week Offs:2 Weekly Offs (Rotational/Split)
Lock-In Period: 2 Months (From Date of Joining)
Transport: Night/Odd hours drop provided (7 PM – 7 AM)

Eligibility
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate / 12th Pass
Experience: Freshers / Experienced (BPO experience preferred)
Skills: Excellent English communication, clear voice, good grammar
Age: 18+
Computer Knowledge: Basic operations, navigation skills
Not Eligible:
B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA, Hotel Management, B.Ed, PGDM, or other specialized technical degrees

Salary & Benefits
Mumbai (Airoli): ₹2,40,300 LPA
Kolkata: ₹1,95,950 LPA
Night Shift Allowance: Up to ₹3,000/month
Incentives (Post Training):
Fresher: ₹3,000/month
Experienced: ₹4,500/month (1+ year in international voice process)

Training & Onboarding
Pre-On boarding Voice Training: 10 Days (Mandatory)
Training Stipend: ₹3,000 (Kolkata) | ₹4,000 (Mumbai)
Assessments: Subjective interview + SVAR Test (Minimum 50+ score)
Post Training Score: Minimum 55 to get onboarded
BGV (Background Verification): Green Report Mandatory

Educational Certificates (Final/Consolidated Marksheet, Provisional/Final Degree)
Address Proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, etc.)
