This is an attempt to bring more people in employement with proper opportunies insight and with a career path.

We believe in and are committed to conduct the business in a highly ethical manner and set bars to be followed that a business is for the people and by the people and not merely to make the money. We therefore bring this Job portal to help you realize your career dreams. We here-with bring terms & Conditions so that we all remain within our boundaries.

Self Served Job Portal
This is a self served and almost free Job portal, it is, therefore, warranted to weight and do a self validation before applying a job or finalising a candidate. The required checks and balance have already been built in and are applied at the registration level which are continued at an interval too. The emplyers / Recruitors can post jobs which candidates could apply so can employors / Recruitors find candidates matching to a job.

Privacy Policy
The privacy policy is applicable as per the law of land. The personal data be used only for the puropose it meant and misuse in either form will call for the action under the law of land. The responsibilty of the misuse rests solely with the offender in all forms and we have nothing to do with the mis-deeds commited by any party with wromg intentionss where-in we have no control on.

Billing if Any
Additionally, if there are any payment as mutaully agreed, you agree to permit us to use any updated account information regarding your selected payment method provided by you issuing bank or the applicable payment network. You agree to keep your billing account and contact information current at all times. By providing us with a payment method, you:

• Represent that you are authorized to use the payment methods that you are provided and that any payment information you provide is true and accurate;
• Authorize us to charge you for the products and /or  services available using the payment method; and
• Authorize us to charge you for any paid feature of the products or Services that you choose to sign up for or use while these Terms are in force.

We may bill you (a) in advance; (b) at the time of purchase; (c) shortly after purchase; or (d) on a recurring basis for products and services.

Charges if Any
If there is a charge associated with a portion of the products or Services, you should agree to pay that charge. The price stated for the products or Services normally include all taxes unless & otherwise stated and you are solely responsible for paying such taxes or other charges as per the local law of land.

Changes if Any
All out attempts would be with a well informed system related to the business affecting aspects but under compelling circumstances if forced to act irrationally that also we would let you know. We may change the price of the products and/or Services at any time without any notice and you have to take a judgement while making your purchases. If you do not agree to the price change, you must cancel and stop using the products and services before the price change takes affect.

Refund Policy
Unless otherwise provided by law or by a particular products and/or Service offer, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe that we has charged you in error, you must contact us within a week of such charge. No refunds will be given for any charges more than a week older. We reserve the right to issue refunds, credits or compensations at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future under same or different circumstances. This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply.
