Job Role: –

A project manager is a professional who organizes, plans, and executes projects while working within restraints like budgets and schedules. Project managers lead entire teams, define project goals, communicate with stakeholders, and see a project through to its closure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction projects on-site
• Plan and oversee projects from start to finish
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
• Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
•  Manage project risks and resolve issues as they arise
• Communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients
• Keep accurate records of project progress and budget expenditures
•  Ensure project quality standards are met
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and clients
