Job Role: –

A plant manager is responsible for the entire operations of a manufacturing plant. This includes the management and coordination of daily activities to ensure high performance and production at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations to ensure safety.
• Planning, organizing, directing, and running optimum day-to-day operations
• Ensuring production output, product quality, and on-time shipping
• Creating and managing budgets
• Collecting and analyzing data to find areas of waste and overtime
• Committing to plant safety procedures
• Developing systems and processes that track and optimize productivity
• Staying apprised of whether standards, metrics, and performance targets are being met in order to ensure effective return on assets
• Keeping up to date with latest production management best practices
• Addressing employees’ issues or grievances
• Recruiting, managing, and developing plant staff

Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years in PEB industry and 3 years as manager/Assistant   manager in Plant handling.

Total Experience: 10Year +
