Key points about the Chief Electrical Engineer role:

Responsibilities: Managing electrical infrastructure, troubleshooting electrical issues, supervising electrical maintenance teams, coordinating with other departments on power needs, implementing electrical safety protocols.

Technical expertise: Deep understanding of industrial electrical systems, power generation, motor control, automation systems, and electrical safety standards.
