These master bakers create a wide range of authentic artisanal breads, delectable pastries, cakes, confectionaries, and the choicest variety of sweet and savory quick breads, using traditional recipes from Europe, Asia, and the Far East.
Now they need some staffs in Kerala restaurants.

Number1. Post Restaurant Captain.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming guests when they enter
Thanking guests and conveying gratitude while they are exiting
Explaining different menu items and offering recommendations
Answering any questions about the ingredients of a dish on the menu
Serving food and beverages to guests, if required
Presenting the final bill to guests for payment
Timing different dishes effectively to maximise the dining experience
Addressing any guests complaints or requests
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rupees. 20k to Rupees. 22k per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Number 2.Post Commis -Continental

Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.
Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.
Preparing basic salads and sauces as directed by the Chef de Partie.
Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized.
Plating and presenting meal items as per the Chef de Partie’s instructions.

Number 3.Post Guest Service Associate

Greet customers and hand out menus.
Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen.
Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials.
Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.
Check that customers are satisfied with their meal.
Prepare the bill for tables when requested.
Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.
Administer change to tables if needed
