Job description for the post of Customer Representatives.

Role and Responsibilities of Customer Representatives.

• To attend clients at the airport.
• Greet them with soft spoken nature.
• To connect people and create opportunities through travel.
• Welcome guests at the airport with a warm and professional demeanor
• Help guests with their luggage and guide them to the pickup area

• Resolve customer complaints and assist customers with inquiries about hotel services

• Involve in-person marketing at the airport
• Assisting guests with anything related to their flight, Hotel or cars arrangements.
• What are the company looking for ?
• Someone who is well versed in English, Hindi and Bengali.
• Must have an inclination towards dealing and resolving customer issues.
• Duty timing will be 9 hours.
• Need to have basic discipline of coming on time and not take leaves frequently.
• Confidence in speaking with people for all regions of the world.
• Willingness to speak over the phone and messages and face to face.
• Salary?
• 15K to 30k (+Commission) (negotiable)
