Job Role:
Seeking a Diploma Engineer in Mechanical Engineering (fresh graduate or with up to 6 months of experience) to join the team for daily production support and vendor development activities.
The candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our production processes and working closely with vendors to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of materials, parts, and products.
Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day production activities, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining production schedules.
Monitor and support the assembly line, troubleshooting any technical issues and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.
Support vendor development by coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of parts and materials.
Prepare and maintain reports related to production, quality checks, and vendor performance.
Assist in the testing and evaluation of mechanical components and products.
Ensure all activities are aligned with safety protocols and company policies.
Participate in meetings with vendors and suppliers to discuss quality, lead times, and cost improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (fresh graduates or those with up to 6 months of work experience).
Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration:
Salary: INR 10,000 – 12,000 per month
