Admin Coordinator:
Female preferred, age 40+
Prior experience as a secretary to CEO or similar admin role.
Reliable, organized, and mature in communication.

An Administrative Coordinator, regardless of age or gender, generally manages and oversees the administrative functions of an office, ensuring smooth daily operations. For a female candidate aged 40+, the core responsibilities remain consistent with younger candidates, but her experience may bring a higher level of efficiency and problem-solving to the role.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace, managing office supplies and equipment, and ensuring a comfortable and functional environment.
Communication: Handling internal and external communications, including answering phones, managing correspondence (emails, letters), and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Scheduling and Coordination: Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital, including contact lists, databases, and important documents.
Event Planning: Assisting with the planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences.
Project Support: Assisting with project management tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
Financial Administration: Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, managing petty cash, and tracking expenses.
Policy and Procedure Implementation: Ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures, and potentially contributing to their development and improvement.
Relationship Management: Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining positive relationships.
Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving routine administrative issues, and escalating complex situations as needed.
Technology Proficiency: Utilizing various office software (word processing, spreadsheets, databases), and communication tools.
