Qualification: ITI (Fitter)
Experience: Fresher / 4 to 8 years
Salary: Rupees.7500/- Rupees.10000/- per month

Responsibilities:
Assisting with fitting and assembly:
Under the guidance of experienced fitters, the junior fitter will help with assembling mechanical components, ensuring proper alignment, and using hand tools and power tools.
Learning to interpret technical drawings:
They will learn to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications, understanding the dimensions, tolerances, and required assembly procedures.
Performing basic maintenance:
They will assist with routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating equipment, cleaning machinery, and identifying minor issues for repair.
Using tools and equipment:
They will learn to use hand tools (like hammers, wrenches, pliers) and power tools (like drills, grinders) safely and effectively.
Adhering to safety protocols:
They will learn and follow all safety procedures and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for themselves and their team.
Supporting the team:
They will help maintain a clean and organized workspace and assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor fitting issues.
