Post: Warehouse Helpers
Job Summary:
A Warehouse Helper assists in day-to-day warehouse operations, including loading/unloading, arranging goods, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the warehouse supervisor to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling
Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, or pallets.
Assist in stacking, arranging, and labeling goods properly in the warehouse.
Move products manually or with basic equipment like trolleys, pallet jacks.

Inventory & Stock Support
Assist in counting stock during cycle counts and inventory checks.
Report missing, damaged, or incorrect goods to the supervisor.

Packing & Dispatch
Pack goods as per order requirement.
Help in preparing goods for dispatch (wrapping, labeling, sealing).
Support in segregating orders as per delivery schedule.

Warehouse Maintenance
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
Follow proper waste disposal and housekeeping guidelines.

Safety & Compliance
Follow safety protocols for lifting, carrying, and stacking goods.
Wear safety gear like gloves, shoes, and helmets as instructed.
Assist in maintaining proper workflow and avoid accidents.

Company: E-commerce (E-Pickers)
Location: Abroad
Salary: Rs. 28000/- to Rs. 35000/-
Duty Hours: 10 hours (10+1 hour lunch)
OT: Plus overtime
Facilities: Accommodation and transportation provided by the company
Number or Requirements: Total requirement 200 person
Visa: Immigration visa, Direct visa, No MOL.
Required eligibilities:

Qualification:
Education: Minimum 8th to 10th pass (no formal education required in some cases).
Experience: Fresher or 1 To 2 years in warehouse operations preferred.
Must know English reading and understanding and basic Math.

Skills Required:
Basic physical fitness and ability to lift heavy goods.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
Time management and punctuality.
