In the solar industry, a Telecaller Marketing Coordinator job combines the responsibilities of generating leads through telemarketing and supporting marketing efforts. This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, providing product information, and potentially coordinating marketing campaigns and related tasks.
Telecalling Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Making outbound calls to potential customers to identify prospects and generate leads.
Customer Engagement: Providing information about solar products and services, answering inquiries, and addressing customer concerns.
Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling appointments for solar installations or other follow-up activities.
CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating CRM systems.
Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding individual sales targets related to lead generation or appointment setting.

Marketing Coordination Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Support: Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
Content Creation: Creating and scheduling content for social media, email campaigns, and other promotional materials.
Team Coordination: Coordinating with internal teams and vendors for marketing-related tasks.
Performance Tracking: Tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing activities.
Event Support: Supporting event planning, customer engagement efforts, and other brand initiatives.
