  • Qualification: Graduate with First Class full time MBA/MSW or Equivalent with HR/IR specialization from a recognized University / Institution
  • Should have minimum 13 years of post-qualification experience in
    the areas of Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Compliance of
    statutory requirements, contract labour management, handling Trade
    Unions, formulation and implementation of HR Policies, Human
    Resource Planning, Performance Management System,
    implementation of Succession Planning, Training & Development,
    Welfare, General Administration etc.
  • Candidate should also possess strong leadership and analytical
    skills. Excellent oral as well as written communication, high ability
    of coaching/ imparting training. Should be self-driven and effective
    team player.
  • Age: 43 years on 31.01.2019
