The candidates having good educational record with proven track records and with good communication skills would be given preference.

What You Will Do

1. CALLS / SALES
   1. Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
   2. Maintain customer database
   3. Calling our previous customers, collecting feedback and the up-selling
   4. Cold Calling for new offers
   5. Participate in sales events
   6. Manages accounts of repeated guest and ensure special handling.
   7. Follows up tentative bookings and update reservation status
   8. Networks with wedding planners and special event planners to encourage hotel bookings
2. INPUT DATA
   1. Create booking, processes payments and follow discount policy as necessary.
   2. Reviews no-show and cancelled reservations and processes charges according to hotel’s policy
3. OTA MANAGEMENT
   1. Monitor competitors, market conditions and prepare report
   2. Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding rates & inventory disparity on OTA
4. MISCELLANEOUS TASK
   1. Review reservation booked daily and send welcome notes and location to every booking at same time of booking received
   2. Reviews no-show and cancelled reservations and processes charges according to hotel’s policy
   3. Bring to the attention of Sales Manager and Operation Manager when the hotel availability status be changed and prepare for necessary action.
   4. Maintain Travel Agent Data.
