Salary: Rupees 30000 to 40000 per month.
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in hardcore field sales job.
Who willing to travel around 10 to15 days in a month.
Communication Skills: Must possess strong professional verbal communication skills and be a strong relationship builder.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is essential.
Sales Effectiveness: Goal-oriented and highly target-driven.
Personality: Must have a positive and optimistic attitude.
Confidence: Should exhibit self-confidence that reassures potential clients and effectively influences them.
Trustworthiness: Must come across as someone clients want to collaborate with and can trust.
Competitiveness: Should have a strong desire to succeed and view sales as a competitive field.
Job Description – Assistant Manager / Manager Sales:
Engage with key government departments such as PWD, RWD, NH, and NHIDCL.
This includes meeting with Chief Engineers, Superintending Engineers, and other government officials and explaining the superiority of the company’s technologies.
Also to motivate them to influence the buyers / customers..
Visit various contractors throughout West Bengal to effectively convey the value proposition of our products, convince customers, and generate sales.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial business development to ensuring timely payment from customers.
Be capable of delivering impactful Power Point presentations at seminars and technology forums.
Must be self-motivated and focused on achieving targets.
