Job Description:
• Promote and selling True Skin Care products to healthcare specialists, including doctors, pharmacists and hospitals within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to meet with specialists, present product information and address enquiries.
• Provide detailed product knowledge, including features, benefits and usage guidelines, to healthcare specialists.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare specialists to enhance product awareness and generate sales.
• Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to gather insights and provide feedback to the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and sales, to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.
• Attend industry conferences, seminars and workshops to stay updated with industry trends and expand professional networks.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, sales activities and market intelligence in the designated CRM system.
Desire Candidate
• The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in Pharma Industries (out of which minimum 2 years as Derma Products Selling)
• Bachelor’s degree: Degree in Pharmaceuticals and Nursing will be added advantage.
• Female and Male Candidate both are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to implement and execute task on time.
• Excellent communication, Presentation, PR & leadership skills.
• B.Pharm will be added advantage.
• Strong Computer knowledge and expert Excel and is must.
• Prefer Age should be within 30Years.
