Jobs Profile :–
State Sales Manager: Company is seeking a full-time State Sales Manager with flexibility for some remote work.
As a State Sales Manager, they will be responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned region, leading the sales, and ensuring that sales targets are met.
They will also develop effective sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
Job Role: Responsible for developing business entire assigned State.
• Overseeing and conduct market research to develop strategies and implement sales initiative.
• Responsible of sales target within assigned geographical limit and generate Company revenue.
• Duties and Responsibilities State Sales Manager looks after his assigned state and it’s ongoing business operations with the distributor and as well as Super Distributor and also keep an eye on the Sales Executive.
• To attain session of training along with field work from the day of recruit.
• To convert leads into Distributors.
• During the on boarding of the distributor, they shall pay a security deposit of Rs 75,000/- only after successful reflection of the deposit on the receiver’s account, the distributor’s on boarding process would be complete. (Security Deposit is fully Refundable).
• Distributors will get 25% margin on each packet from the company.
• Leads will be provided by the Company.
• Goods will give on credit of 7 to 15 days to distributors, if the order is for Rs 50k or above.
• No credit will be given to distributor if the order is below 50k. Else, payment will do on advance against the order.
• If incase any of the distributor want to cancel the distributorship agreement (Null and Void), the company will refund the security deposit amount within the mentioned noticed period. Assigned Goals SSM work will be target oriented from the date of joining, they will have to hire Four to Six no of Distributors in a month. Otherwise, the salary will be on hold.
• It will be released once he able to do minimum One distributor in a month in order to get the salary.
• Main focus is to generate Company revenue and achieve the company targets in mentioned time frame.
• After on boarding distributors, the SSM has to hire TWO sales executive under each distributors.
• SSM has freedom to hire Sales Executive from his sources (taking approval from the BDH/HR).
• Sales Executive have to set a target of Visiting 15 shops and take order of 172 kilograms on daily basis.
• His salary will not be credited if he fails to achieve target. (Evaluation will be done after every 5 days, if he fails to achieve his target on 15th day , he will be terminated) The commission of Sales Executives are as.
