- 2 years full time regular Post Graduate Degree in Management/ MBA or Full Time Degree in Engineering (excluding part time / correspondence Max Age 37 and min experience 9 years
- Graduation in Any Discipline with Post Graduate Degree / Diploma of Minimum 1 Year Duration in Sales & Marketing / Logistics or in related discipline (excluding correspondence/ distance learning) max age 40 years min experience 14 years
- Graduate Degree in Any Discipline max age 45 years min experience 18 years
