Job Description for the post Logistics & Supply chain Executive
Logistic Export Documentation:
* Logistics Planning
* LC Checking & processing ,
* Follow-up with sales team, customer & CHA , Shipping lines ,collection of payment, price Negotiation with cargo agencies.
* knowledge of Air & Sea cargo documentation, validation of invoices, prepare packing lists.
* preparation of Certificate of Origin/ EP copy
* Handling/ issuing Marine Insurance policies for all the buyer
* Duty drawback clearance / RoadTep License
Logistic Import Documentation
* Shipping bill , packing list checking with invoices.
* Import planning for consolidation of cargo to get optimum rate
* collect invoice packing list vat certificate from Overseas supplier
* knowledge of making quotation for Ex works & FOB shipment
* Pickup Imports from various destinations
* CLE license, IGST payment & material clearing from customer, goods delivered
Bank Documentation
* Bank entry /Reporting
* Bank document submission to the bank after Export
* Inward payment disbursement
* forward booking, foreign exchange Rate negotiation, PC credit etc.
* Bank position report with Debaters & import creditors.
