• Graduate / Post graduate
• 10-15 years experience of which a minimum leasing experience of 7 years in a repted real estate company

What You Will Do

1. GM – Leasing
2. Implement the leasing strategy for retail / office lease
3. Ensure and achieve the occupancy targets that all the terms incorporated in the agreement are unambiguous
4. The mutual agreement are documented legally
5. Good communication & negotiations skills, good liaison and Good command on English
