Job Title and Overview
Job Title: General Manager
Reporting to: CEO
Experience: 10+ years of experience in a Team Handling role, essentially to be in automobile.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Achieving targets for wholesale, retail sales, vehicle exchanges, genuine accessories, extended warranties (EW), insurance, and value-added services.
Effective stock management and inventory control.
Driving dealership profitability through strategic initiatives.
Enhancing the productivity and efficiency of the sales team.
Ensuring adherence to expense budgets and cost control measures.
Monitoring market trends and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Direct Supervision: Team Leaders and Sales Executives, Customer Care Manager of the outlet.
Indirect Supervision: HR SPOC, Training and Development Manager, EDP, Accessories Team of that outlet.
Job purpose:
This position would be responsible for the Revenue Generations, BSC, Overall Operations, Team management and day to day management of the Nexa showroom.

Post-graduation, MBA or equivalent Business Management Diploma
