We are a leading garment manufacturing company based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, specializing in women’s western clothing. We are looking for a finishing department incharge to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the finishing process of garments, including checking, thread cutting, ironing, and packing as per size ratio.
• Coordinate with dyers, embroidery, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of finished products.
• Maintain proper stock status and follow up with the production department to ensure timely delivery of shipments.

Requirements:
• at least 2 years of experience in garment finishing, with a focus on women’s clothing.
• strong organizational and communication skills.
• ability to manage a team and work well under pressure.
