Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Company is seeking a talented and experienced Figma Designer to join their team. As a Figma Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging designs.

• Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality designs using Figma, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and user experience
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Figma Designer or similar role
• Proficient in using Figma and other design tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
