They are seeking professionals in the following areas:

Position: Executive Assistant To The Director (Female Only). 

Salary: 20,000 to 30,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and events.

Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the Director.

Maintain and organize files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.

Meeting and Event Coordination:

Arrange travel and accommodations for the Director, including international and domestic trips.

Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.

Attend meetings with the Director, take notes, and prepare minutes when required.

Organize and coordinate events, including internal and external meetings, company functions, or conferences.

Communication:

Serve as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Screen and prioritize communications, responding on behalf of the Director when appropriate.

Maintain discretion and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Project Management:

Assist the Director with the management of projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Coordinate between departments and external partners to support project execution.

Track progress on various initiatives and provide updates to the Director.

General Office Support:

Order office supplies and manage inventory.

Assist with budget tracking and invoicing, including the Director’s business expenses.

Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficient functionality.

Other Responsibilities:

Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required by the Director.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and handle various administrative functions as assigned by the Director.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum of 2 To 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.

Experience supporting senior executives and managing complex calendars, travel, and communications.

Skills:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Personal Attributes:

Highly professional and polished, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Working Conditions:

Office-based, with travel required for meetings or events.

Flexibility in working hours may be necessary depending on the Director’s schedule and business needs.
