We are Customer Relationship Executive in our organization.
Responsibility-
Outbound inbound calls handling maintaining clients data on Google sheets and solving clients queries
Generate PI, follow up with plant regarding the Order or dispatch
Qualification-
- Any Degree
- Experienced in similar role sales or customer care
