Position: Market Representative
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (Field-based)
Role Overview:
They are seeking enthusiastic Market Representatives to promote and sell their products to hospitals, eye surgeons. If you have a passion for sales and healthcare marketing, we would love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
– Surgical products to eye hospitals, clinics, and surgeons.
– Conduct regular field visits and build relationships with healthcare professionals.
– Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.
– Organise and participate in marketing activities, conferences, and seminars.
– Maintain daily visit reports and customer feedback logs.
– Support the senior sales team in achieving sales targets.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum Graduation (Science background preferred but not mandatory).
Freshers are welcome to apply; field sales experience is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and ready for extensive travel.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling.
Compensation:
Minimum Stipend: ₹15,000 per month during the training/probation period.
