• Qualification : Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Metallurgical / Chemical Engineering from a recognized University with good academic records
• Age : Below 51/48 years respectively as on 31.07.2019
• Experience : Should have at least 18/15 years of post-qualification experience respectively in Project Management, preferably in Iron & Steel/Manufacturing/Process Industry. Out of the above experience, the candidate should have worked as Head of the Project for at least 3 years, reporting to Head of the Unit, and should have handled project conceptualization & implementation including erection, commissioning of any of the individual projects such as Coke Oven, DISP, Beneficiation & Pellet Plant, Power Plant Pulverized Coal Injection System, Integrated Steel Plant etc., involving project expenditure of Rs.100 crores and above. The experience intended is mainly in Project scheduling, Monitoring, Reporting, Resource Management, Erection & Commissioning. Candidate should also possess strong leadership and analytical skills, excellent oral as well as written communication skills. Should be self-driven and effective team player.
