Job Title: Sr Accountant/ Accounts Manager
Division: Hotel & Restaurant
Reports functionally: Accounts Head
Reports Administratively: M D
Direct reports to the Role: Accounts Officer
Purpose of the Position

 To manage the Accounts activities of Samrat hotel & Restaurant & Avenue Plazawhich includes the review of daily accounting activities & accounts, assisting Preparation of final Accounts &audits, Banking activities, Statutory Compliances etc.

 Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

1. Finalization of Accounts and Preparation of Balance Sheet
2. Day to day accounting and banking operations
3. Co-ordination with Statutory Auditors, banks and other stakeholders
4. Accomplishment of TDS and GST
5. Preparation of CMA data for banks
6. Review of Fixed Assets Register
7. Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly MIS in respect of Debtors, Creditors, Term loans
8. Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet
9. Filing/ Review of TDS and GST Returns
10. Candidate should be excellent in Microsoft word and excel.
11. Preparation of Monthly Stock Statements for Banks
12. Preparation of various details as required from time to time for Income Tax Assessment
13. Budget preparation.
14. Timely report making.

Experience/Qualifications
Essential
 B.Com
 5 to 7years of working experience in Accounts Dept.
Desired
 Good knowledge in TALLY& advance accounting, Microsoft Office
 Knowledge in Advance Excel will be preferred.
