Job Description:
Company is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Research Analyst – CATI to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting and analyzing computer-assisted telephone interviews (CATI), ensuring the accuracy and reliability of collected data.

Key Responsibilities:

CATI Execution: Conduct computer-assisted telephone interviews with target respondents, ensuring adherence to survey protocols and guidelines.

Data Collection: Accurately record and input responses into the data collection system, maintaining high standards of data quality.

Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected through CATI.

Client Interaction: Assist in communicating with clients to understand their research needs and provide updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Skills Required:
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
