• Description/ Specification : Completion of Technical Secondary School education (10 years), followed by a Trade Diploma/ Trade Certificate or equivalent and a credited Certification i.e Third Party certification; Candidate should have the 2 – 3 training certificate in Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument. At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience with minimum of 5-6 years’ work experience in the maintenance of Marine equipment’s specially crane
• Periodicity : Permanent basis stationed at site
• Leave: 30 calender days paid leave for each 11 months work at site
• Visa Type: Two years employment visa.
• Salary: 5000 AED Gross
• Number of days of minimum engagement on the project : As per contract terms with the client
• Number of working days : 6 days in a week
• Standard working Hours : 8 hours
• Over time: As requested and approved by Client
• The nature of duties of CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL shall generally be as those performed.
• DETAILED PROJECT SCOPE OF SERVICES
• Service Overview : The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive range of services across various disciplines, including but not limited to: Mechanical Services, Electrical Services, Instrumentation and Control Services, Operations Support Services, Warehouse and Material Handling Services, HVAC and Fire Gas Telecom (FGT) Services and Condition Monitoring Services.
• Each of these services will encompass both pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up tasks, ensuring that all systems are fully operational, compliant with standards, and meet the requirements of COMPANY.
MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8 years’ experience Oil & Gas (GCC preferred). Minimum 8 years of practical experience in the maintenance of various valves including dismantling, inspection, repair, assembly and testing of all types of valves and All types of rotating equipment such as Gas Turbines, Pumps, Compressors, Fans, Engines, PSV’s, Vessels, Seal Pot’s, Scrubber’s, Coolers and Heat Exchangers etc.
Skills required:
• Skilled in working with Oil and Gas Rotating equipment covering various types of Pumps -Diaphragm, Double Diaphragm, Centrifugal, Reciprocating, Diesel Engines, Air Compressors, Centrifugal compressor & Gas Turbine etc.
• Should be able to read and understand GA drawings, Isometrics.
• Trained in the use of modern inspection methods, standards and practices (inspection and supervision techniques)
• Thorough knowledge of onshore safety procedures and related practices
• Thorough knowledge on various hazards associated with O&G equipment
• Candidate shall be competent enough to witness the testing of serviced equipment
• Proficient in using Computer and M/s office (excel, PowerPoint, Word. etc.,) able to wright technical reports and use spreadsheets for data analysis.
• Knowledge on the selection of valves, materials, gaskets and Elastomers. 67 ADNOC Classification: Internal
• Skilled in the in-situ maintenance and testing of valves.
• Handling and usage of precision tools and instruments required for the valve maintenance and testing.
• Shall be familiar with all international codes and specification related to design, construction and testing of all types of valves.
• Must have hands on experience for lapping / polishing and flatness measurement of seat discand nozzles
• Must be familiar with pressure testing equipment’s, test benches, process and procedures
• Shall be trained /certified by any of the OEM or Third-Party Certified Training Company for maintenance & calibration of PSVs.
• Able to read P&ID, data sheet and GAD of valves and maintain required spares for the critical valves.
• Age Preferably not more than 45 years

• Key Responsibilities per Service
• Mechanical Services Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Phases:
• Participate in equipment box-up.
• Final inspection before box-up.
