A logistic Company is in the process of launching new dark stores in Kolkata, and they are looking to onboard Picker/Packers and Team Leaders for the following locations:

Store Locations:
1. Behala (High Priority)
2. Rajpur (High Priority)
3. Dumdum
Position: Picker/Packer

Salary Structure:

Rupees14000 Fixed Monthly Pay

Rupees 1500 Attendance Bonus

Rupees 1500 Performance Bonus

80 hour – Overtime (if applicable)

Eligibility:
• Minimum 10th pass (preferred)
• Basic reading skills
• Fresher
Shift: 8 hour rotational shifts (Day & Night)

Position: Team Leader
• CTC: Up to Rupees 25000 per month (based on experience and fit)
Key Requirements:
• Team handling skills
• Knowledge of daily MIS/reporting, attendance, and shift planning
• Ability to coordinate with Picker/Packers and ensure targets are met
