Responsibilities
Manage legal professionals:Supervise and guide a team of legal professionals, including attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants
Review and draft legal documents: Ensure that legal documents, such as purchase agreements, lease agreements, and deeds, comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Advise clients: Provide legal advice to clients and stakeholders on real estate transactions
Ensure efficient delivery of legal services: Provide guidance and support to the legal team to ensure that legal services are delivered efficiently

ROC, Company formation, understanding proper documentation.
Experienced 1yr will apply.
Salary – 25k.
