Telesales Executive – Job Roles & Responsibilities

Job Role:
A Telesales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling products or services over the phone. They build relationships with potential customers, generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound/Inbound Calling
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion
Identify and qualify sales leads.
Convince prospects to make purchases or book appointments.
3. Product/Service Presentation
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
Upsell or cross-sell additional services where possible.
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM software.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
5. Achieving Sales Targets
Work towards daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
Contribute to overall revenue growth of the company.
6. Objection Handling
Listen to customer queries and concerns patiently.
Provide solutions, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
7. Team Collaboration
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.
Share customer insights to improve campaigns.

Good command over language (English/Hindi/Regional as per job)
Basic computer knowledge & typing speed

Salary Range (India – General):
Fresher: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 + Incentives
