• Handling cases in supreme Court of India, High court of Delhi, National commission Delhi, State commission Delhi
• Handle cases in Every commission/Tribunal/Forum
• A Law degree along with the enrollment with the Delhi Bar council
• 10-15 years experience in the medical legal profession
• Good commend over English language
• Good Communication skills in relevant medical field would be preferred
• Medical science knowledge at Graduation level is desirable
