Role Overview
Company is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to establish and expand the market presence for Maka Di and Borécha in Kolkata. This role is a blend of on-ground sales, in-store merchandising, business development, and event execution. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, energetic, and passionate about craft beverages and wellness-driven products.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Maka Di across retail, Ho Re Ca, and distribution channels.
• Identify and onboard new outlets and accounts for both Maka Di and Borécha.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and retail partners.
• Support with order follow-ups, distributor coordination, and market intelligence.

Merchandising & In-Store Execution
• Ensure visibility and availability of Maka Di at all active retail outlets.
• Execute planogram placements, branding, POSM deployment, and secondary visibility.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits.
• Oversee merchandising for Borécha in common/general trade outlets where both brands are available.

Marketing & Events
• Support and manage in-market activations and events for Maka Di (tastings, promotions, brand nights).
• Represent the brand at local events, festivals, and venue partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to roll out campaigns on-ground.
