• Qualification: Bachelors degree in any discipline/ MBA(Finance) or equivalent
• Age: Minimum 32 years and Maximum 40 years
• Minimum Experience: 10 years experience in Insurance and Risk Management, out of which minimum 5 years of experience in managing insurance portfolio of a Corporate/ MNC/ Oil & Gas sector is must.

What You Will Do

1. Ensure appropriate insurance coverage for various risks identified and assessed across organization. Under take periodic review of risk with respect to adequacy of the sum insured and changes in risk scenario. Manage all claims for damages with the insurance company and ensure timely receipt of the optimum claim value. Ensure effective risk management within the organization. Negotiate with the insurer with respect to insurance policy, premium amount, and service legal agreements with the insurance company. Responsible for developing insurance budget, payment of premium to insurer and timely renewal of insurance policy. Analyzes insurance needs and provides optimum coverage, cost terms, and claim settlements for benefit of organization assets. Identify ways to reduce risk and develop a strategy for implementing changes in the workplace. Review queries, if any, with respect to internal and external / statutory audits pertaining to insurance and ensure that all observations / comments provided by the auditors are complied with necessary action plans.
