Raipur. and Mumbai. Now, they have decided to take part in nation-building through the “Make in India” project in the field of transmission and distribution of electricity stretched nationwide. Considering the idea. they have diversified their business and started up a modern and equipped ISO 9001:2015 certified Wire Drawing and Galvanizing Unit with an investment of Rs. 150 million in NH — 6.

Now the company needs some potentials staffs for their organization.

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Real Estate)
Job Description:
•Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector (residential, commercial, or industrial as applicable).
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, real estate agents, channel partners, and digital platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns and promotional activities.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and competitor tracking.
• Represent the company at real estate expos, trade fairs, and industry events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, real estate regulations, and legal requirements.

Years of Experience: Minimum 8 to 15 Years
Education Required:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
•8 to 15 years of proven experience in real estate sales/business development.
• Prior experience in managing high-value property sales will be an advantage.
Key Skills:
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property sales, and leasing trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
• Strong client relationship management.
• Self-motivated with a result-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Posting Location: Head Office / Field As per requirement
Language Known: English, Hindi, Bengali
Married /Unmarried: Married Preference.
