Raipur. and Mumbai. Now, they have decided to take part in nation-building through the “Make in India” project in the field of transmission and distribution of electricity stretched nationwide. Considering the idea. they have diversified their business and started up a modern and equipped ISO 9001:2015 certified Wire Drawing and Galvanizing Unit with an investment of Rs. 150 million in NH — 6.

Job Title: ITI Supervisor (Senior)
Job Description:
• Supervising and participating in the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of technologies and equipment
• Budgeting: Developing and administering a section budget, implementing and allocating resources, and approving expenditures
• Operations: Developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, and implementing productivity standards
• Quality service: Enforcing quality and customer service standards
• Team effort: Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Plant Design & Interior Planning
• Lead plant layout planning & optimization for better space utilization.
• Ensure smooth workflow design between raw material storage, production, packaging, and dispatch.
• Implement ergonomic and safety-focused plant interior planning.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and vendors for expansion, modifications, or new plant setups.
Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)
• Implement robust safety and environmental practices.
• Conduct safety drills, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
• Enforce PPE usage, chemical handling guidelines, and waste management systems.
Team Leadership & Workforce Management
• Lead, motivate, and develop a large workforce of engineers, supervisors, and operators.
• Conduct regular training programs on safety, technical skills, and compliance.
Maintain discipline, resolve grievances, and build a culture of teamwork.
Years of Experience: Minimum 8 to 20 Years of Experience
Education Required:
ITI in Mechanical or Electrical
Excel Proficiency : Advance Excel & Word
Posting Location: Howrah / Hyderabad Factory
Language Known: Hindi, Bengali
Married /Unmarried: No Preference.
Salary Range: 30k-35k (Depends on experience)
Gender: Male
