Inbound Customer Service for Helpline process

Job Location: MBP-Mahape ,Navi Mumbai
Designation: Call Taker
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: Rs. 1.97 Lakhs Annual CTC + Benefits

Age Limit: 29 Years


  • Candidate will be a part of big project.
  • Answering to incoming calls.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Research, identify and resolve citizen complaints using applicable software
  • Route calls to appropriate resources.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Meet personal or team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.


  1. Need Confident Candidates who can handle calls efficiently.
  2. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening in Marathi, English & Hindi.
  3. Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts for Males.
  4. Should be comfortable working from office.
  5. Should have basic knowledge of Computers.

Interview Rounds:

  1. HR Round
  2. Typing Test [require minimum 25 Gross W.PM & 70% Accuracy]
  3. Final round with Operations Manager

Selection will be done on the basis of communication skills in Marathi, English & Hindi.
