Job Profile: HR Manager
Location: Kolkata
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
The HR Manager will play a key role in recruitment and managing employee-related matters, such as ESI, PF, and employee documentation. The individual will also collaborate with management to strategically plan HR policy changes and ensure their successful implementation. The role involves handling employee progress reviews, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Source, recruit, interview, and select candidates to fill vacant positions, particularly in web development, programming, and design roles.
HR Operations: Handle activities like Attendance, Payroll, ESIC, and Provident Fund.
Employee Relation: Create an environment of positive employee relation, maintain confidentiality, and establish trust and credibility.
Induction & On boarding: Organize and manage induction programs and ensure smooth On boarding for new hires.
Grievance Handling: Monitor, analyse, and recommend solutions to complex problems or employee grievances.
Policy Implementation: Ensure a suitable working environment by enforcing rules and policies.
Duties & Responsibilities Allocation: Allocate duties and responsibilities to the management staff in consultation with the Director.
Progress Reviews: Regularly meet with employees to discuss their progress and address any issues they may have.
Education:
Graduate and/ or MBA with HR specialisation with prior experience in HR department of IT company
Experience:
2+ years of experience in Software Development company
Skills:
Basic computer knowledge.
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi & Bengali)
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Ability to work under tight timelines and prioritize tasks.
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.

Salary (CTC):
Rs. 180000/- per annum.

Mon-Sat (10:00 am to 7:00 pm) [1st and 3rd Saturday off]
