• Client: Major Oil & Gas Operator, Abu Dhabi.
• Project Type: Onshore – Long Term
• Interview Mode: Online
• Mobilization: Starting from august 2025
Candidate Requirements:
• GCC Experience: Minimum 5 years (Mandatory)
• BOROUGE Experience: Preferred
• Categories: Technicians, Senior Technicians, Foremen, Forklift Operators, Storekeepers, Safety Watchers, etc.
• Total Positions: 200+ Client Provisions:
• Visa: 2 Years Employment Visa (Company Sponsored)
• Food, Accommodation & Transportation: Provided by the Company
• Visa Stamping: To be done by the Candidates.
1. In the selection of PERSONNEL under this CONTRACT, particular emphasis will be placed on the following:
• If CONTRACTOR has an alliance with an operating Petrochemical Plant, Oil & Gas or Refinery elsewhere, and has proposed personnel in terms of secondment to COMPANY.
• Multi-skilled experience of the PERSONNEL.
• Knowledge of ADNOC group of companies HSE procedures/requirements.
2. Following multi-skilled experience will be preferable:
• Foreman
• Instrument Technician (including Fire & Gas Systems & HVAC Technician).
• Electrical Technician.
• Mechanical Technician (including Static, Rotating Equipment)
• Condition Monitoring
• Forklift Operator/ Storekeeper
• Clean class Filter cleaning
For the post of Fire watch
• Description/ Specification : High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a similar role or a basic understanding of fire safety and prevention is preferred. Knowledge of fire hazards and the ability to recognize potential risks. Familiarity with different types of fire extinguishers and their proper use. Experience: minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in an oil/gas or petrochemical industry. Good working knowledge of the safety management, interpersonal skill in handling multi-cultural environment interface, communication and time management with the end-user and contractors
• Periodicity : Permanent basis stationed at SITE
• Leave: 30 calender days paid leave for each 11 months work at site
• Visa Type: Two years employment visa.
• Salary: 4000 AED Gross
• Number of days of minimum engagement on the project : As per contract terms with the client
• Number of working days : 6 days in a week
• Standard working Hours : 8 hours
• Over time: As requested and approved by Client
• The nature of duties of CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL shall generally be as those performed.
• Detailed project scope of services
• Service Overview : The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive range of services across various disciplines, including but not limited to: Mechanical Services, Electrical Services, Instrumentation and Control Services, Operations Support Services, Warehouse and Material Handling Services, HVAC and Fire Gas Telecom (FGT) Services and Condition Monitoring Services.
• Each of these services will encompass both pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up tasks, ensuring that all systems are fully operational, compliant with standards, and meet the requirements of COMPANY.
Key Responsibilities per Service
A fire watch’s primary role is to prevent and control fires during hot work or in situations where a fire hazard exists. They are responsible for monitoring the work area, detecting potential fires, alerting others, and potentially taking initial action to extinguish small fires.
Key Responsibilities of a Fire Watch:
• Constant Monitoring: Continuously observing the work area for any signs of fire, smoke, or hazardous conditions.
• Fire Detection: Identifying potential fire hazards and promptly detecting the start of a fire.
• Alerting Others: Immediately notifying relevant personnel, including emergency services, about any fire or hazardous situation.
• Initial Response (Limited): If safe, taking immediate action to extinguish small fires using appropriate fire extinguishers.
• Hot Work Monitoring: In hot work situations, ensuring flammable materials are adequately protected and ignition sources are controlled.
• Emergency Procedures: Being familiar with and prepared to follow established emergency procedures, including evacuation plans.
