• Graduate / Post Graduate
• 10-15 years experience of which minimum leasing 7 years in a repted real estate company

What You Will Do

1. DGM / AGM – Leasing
   Implement the leasing strategy for retail / office lease
   Ensure and achieve the occupancy targets that all the terms incorporated in the agreement are unambiguous
   The mutual agreement are documented legally
   Good communication & negotiations skills, good liaison and Good command on English
