• Client: Major Oil & Gas Operator, Abu Dhabi.
• Project Type: Onshore – Long Term

Candidate Requirements:
• GCC Experience: Minimum 5 years (Mandatory)
• BOROUGE Experience: Preferred
• Categories: Technicians, Senior Technicians, Foremen, Forklift Operators, Storekeepers, Safety Watchers, etc.
• Total Positions: 200+ Client Provisions:
• Visa: 2 Years Employment Visa (Company Sponsored)
• Food, Accommodation & Transportation: Provided by the Company
• Visa Stamping: To be done by the Candidates.
1. In the selection of PERSONNEL under this CONTRACT, particular emphasis will be placed on the following:
• If CONTRACTOR has an alliance with an operating Petrochemical Plant, Oil & Gas or Refinery elsewhere, and has proposed personnel in terms of secondment to COMPANY.
• Multi-skilled experience of the PERSONNEL.
• Knowledge of ADNOC group of companies HSE procedures/requirements.

2. Following multi-skilled experience will be preferable:
• Foreman
• Instrument Technician (including Fire & Gas Systems & HVAC Technician).
• Electrical Technician.
• Mechanical Technician (including Static, Rotating Equipment)
• Condition Monitoring
• Forklift Operator/ Storekeeper
• Clean class Filter cleaning
• For the Post of: Electrical Tech.
• Description/ Specification : Completion of Technical Secondary School education (10 years), followed by a Trade Diploma/ Trade Certificate or equivalent and a credited Certification i.e Third Party certification; Candidate should have the 2 – 3 training certificate in Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument. At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience with minimum of 5-6 years’ work experience in the maintenance of Marine equipment’s specially crane
• Periodicity : Permanent basis stationed at site
• Leave: 30 calender days paid leave for each 11 months work at site
• Visa Type: Two years employment visa.
• Salary: 5000 AED Gross
• Number of days of minimum engagement on the project : As per contract terms with the client
• Number of working days : 6 days in a week
• Standard working Hours : 8 hours
• Over time: As requested and approved by Client
The nature of duties of CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL shall generally be as those performed.
• Detailed project scope of services
• Service Overview : The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive range of services across various disciplines, including but not limited to: Mechanical Services, Electrical Services, Instrumentation and Control Services, Operations Support Services, Warehouse and Material Handling Services, HVAC and Fire Gas Telecom (FGT) Services and Condition Monitoring Services.
• Each of these services will encompass both pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up tasks, ensuring that all systems are fully operational, compliant with standards, and meet the requirements of COMPANY.
• Key Responsibilities per Service
• Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Phases:
• Electrical services will be essential during the pre-commissioning and commissioning phases for the installation, testing, and verification of all electrical systems. CONTRACTOR will be responsible for ensuring that electrical components are properly installed, terminated, and tested for functionality and safety.
• Key responsibilities will include:
• Installing high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems, including transformers, switchgear, and control panels.
• Conducting cable termination and routing for substations, motors, and other electrical systems. (Approved HV jointer for HV System)
• Performing functional tests on electrical systems, verifying compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Supporting the commissioning of electrical systems, including conducting solo runs and performance tests of transformers, generators, and motors.
• Overseeing electrical safety testing and ensuring that systems are properly insulated, grounded, and labelled.
• Start-up and Operational Phases:
• During the start-up and operational phases, electrical services will focus on ensuring the reliability and performance of electrical systems. CONTRACTOR will provide preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services to ensure that all electrical systems are operating as required.
• Key responsibilities during this phase include:
• Performing ongoing maintenance tasks for critical electrical components such as transformers, switchgear, and motor control centres (MCCs).
• Monitoring the performance of electrical systems during the initial stages of plant operation, addressing any issues that arise.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards for electrical systems throughout the start-up and operational phases.
• Completing punch points related to electrical systems and ensuring full readiness for continuous operation.
• Shift coverage after equipment start up.
• Maintain greasing and lubrication.
• Support troubleshooting and technical support for any issues related Electrical systems
• Conducting preventive maintenance on critical control systems and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• To carry out post weld heat treatment.
• Lightings troubleshooting, replacement.
• Test, repair and clean Earthing Pits
Electrical technician
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with Minimum 8 years’ experience as Technician, in the maintenance and repair of electrical components / equipment, 3 years of which in a Technician position in the Oil & Gas Industry (GCC preferred)
• Skills required:
• Experience in Oil and Gas facilities electrical equipment’s such as UPS, Battery Charger’s,
• Distribution Boards, Motors, MCC, EDG and Transformers etc.
• Should be able to read and understand Wiring Diagrams, loop Drawings, Single Line diagrams,
• O&M Manuals including Updating procedures from documents.
• Familiar with all international standards.
• Thorough knowledge on various hazards associated with O&G equipment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Computer applications like MS Project and SAP will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively in English Language (written and spoken) and generate reports.
• Age Preferably not more than 45 years
